HAVE YOU SEEN PATRICK THAIDY?

Police hold grave concerns for a Lake Macquarie man, living with dementia and diabetes, who’s gone missing from Macquarie Hills.

60-year-old Patrick Thaidy was last seen at his home on Delasala Drive around midnight on Sunday.

Police canvassed the local area, but haven’t been able to find him.

Officers are now asking for the public’s help to keep an eye out for Patrick and say he may appear disoriented due to his medical conditions.

He walks with a stoop, is frail and doesn’t have his dentures in.

Patrick described as being 180cm tall, slim build, thin grey coloured hair and a short grey beard.

He was last seen wearing grey Everlast track pants, blue Everlast long sleeve t-shirt, black shoes.

His black/grey hair is cut short in a crew cut style and he is unshaven having black/grey facial hair.

Anyone who has seen Patrick or knows of his whereabouts is urged to contact police.
