GAV’S WEATHER | FIRST HOT SUMMER NIGHT OF THE SEASON

A strong front sweeping across the Bight. The air mass ahead of it is so hot and dry no cloud can form.

The heat is spilling across the local region until the southerly kicks in tomorrow morning, so a hot night for all is on the way.

Tomorrow afternoon storms will form along the northern New South Wales ranges.

A large high will move in over the Bight, keeping the majority of southern Australia dry.

A strong, southerly change will be sweeping up the coast from sunrise, hitting the Central Coast first before pushing north quickly.

This southerly will have a bigger impact than the previous, cooling things slightly for inland communities across the north-west.
