He captured hearts when he completed a grueling 36 kilometre swim from Catherine Hill Bay to Nobbys Beach, now Craig Clarke’s fundraising effort has been hailed a mighty success.
Beyond Blue CEO, Georgie Harman, has sent the marathon swimmer a personal shout-out, thanking him for his efforts.
“Craig you are a dead set legend. You have achieved something remarkable 36kms swimming that’s just inconceiveable to me,” said Georgie Harman.
Craig raised $32,000 for the mental health charity – a figure three times his original target.
