A 16-year-old has been airlifted to John Hunter Hospital after falling off a horse she was riding.
The incident occurred after 4pm at Rainbow Flat on the Mid North Coast.
NSW Ambulance Paramedics and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Critical Care Team treated and stabilised the patient for fractures and possible back injuries.
