OURIMBAH BOARDING HOUSE KNOCKED BACK
Plans for a controversial boarding house at Ourimbah have been rejected by the Local Planning Panel.
Members unanimously knocked back a proposal for a two storey, 15 room development which would house around 30 students.
Concerns had been raised about access for residents, and Ausgrid crews maintaining large overhead power lines.
The owner is currently investigating options to appeal the matter in the Land and Environment Court.
