A mother has told Newcastle Court of her heartache, after losing her young daughter in a crash at Rankin Park.
Today the driver – Declan Pearce – was jailed over the 2019 incident, the prosecution arguing he should have pulled over, after almost crossing to the wrong side of the road moments earlier.
