GAV’S WEATHER | COLDER, WINDIER, SNOWIER

Clear across the majority of the nation.

Another strong burst of cold polar air is closing in on the SE.

It is one of the most perfect cold fronts I’ve ever seen.

This is going to make for consistent westerly winds which will get much colder by the weekend.

The perfect winter storm system has formed.

The low in the SE is a monster and this next front will be the strongest and coldest.

This will drive in the wild, cold westerly winds causing snow to fall right along the NSW ranges in the coming days mostly on Saturday.

Expect icy cold, strong, westerly winds with cloud building west of the Divide, parts of the NW Upper Hunter and Barringtons.
