CENTRAL COAST AND NEWCASTLE BRACE FOR EAST COAST LOW

It’s an impressive cloud band stretching offshore from the Northern Coral Seas to the Tasman.

It’s a shame we didn’t have that over the interior of the nation delivering rain.

The low has been hammering the New South Wales South Coast all day.

Overnight the system will develop and tomorrow it will move slightly to the north, making itself known to the Central Coast and Newcastle regions.

Strong winds, heavy rain and a huge swell will be generated from this system tomorrow afternoon.

Some of the wet weather will push inland to the North West and North to the Coffs Coast.

Winds will increase through the day.

The further north you are the less impact this system will have.
