A 15-year-old female is on life support after falling off a motorbike on a rural property at Modanville, north of Lismore, this afternoon.
Emergency services and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter were called to the incident just after 2pm.
When crews arrived on scene, the teen was reportedly unconscious and had suffered multiple serious injuries.
She was placed on life support before being flown to Gold Coast University Hospital in a critical condition.
