A motorbike rider has been taken to hospital with suspected chest and head injuries following a crash at West Gosford.
Emergency services were called to the corner of Dell Road and Manns Road just after midday, to find a motorcyclist had collided with a maxi-taxi.
The 35-year-old man was treated at the scene by paramedics before being transported to Gosford Hospital in a serious condition.
There are extensive delays in the area, with police directing traffic.
Drivers are being told to avoid the area.
