Tamworth’s sports dome is set to reopen tomorrow, as restrictions are rolled back.
The announcement couldn’t come sooner, with several team sports scheduled to return next month.
“We’ve been working extensively over the past few months with all sports in town and they are now slowly, steadily, they’re getting their competitions in order and we’ll see some competitions roll out from as early as the second week of July.”
Clubs looking to use the facility will need to submit a ‘COVID-safe plan’ to council.
