Tamworth council’s $195 million budget for 2020-2021 was given the tick of approval in last nights meeting.
Council will spend $90 million on capital works – big ticket winners include the airport, roads and showgrounds.
Council says it anticipates a $4 million loss in the budget due to COVID-19.
