WHAT’S HELPING THIS ULTRAMARATHON RUNNER STAY FOCUSED

The brainchild of renowned track and field administrator Margaret Beardslee, The Yellow Dot Challenge has been embraced by Central Coast athletes.

Ultramarathon runner Melissa Robertson is one of them.

She says the online running club has helped her stay focused during the pandemic.
