Two teenage boys have been charged with theft, trespassing and assaulting police in Lake Macquarie.
Police were called to a home on Motherwell Street at Edgeworth at around 12.55am yesterday morning.
They arrested the two boys, aged 15 and 16, charging them with 12 offences, including failing to comply with a noticed direction on COVID-19.
They were both refused bail.
