FOUR NEW CASES OF CORONAVIRUS IN NEW SOUTH WALES

New South Wales has recorded four new cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours and two of those are connected to the cluster at Sydney’s Newmarch House nursing home.

The state has recorded 3,035 confirmed cases of the disease, and 2,306 patients have now recovered.

14 people are in intensive care and 11 of those require ventilation.

A total of 7,234 tests were conducted in the state yesterday, the highest number to date for a Saturday.
