CENTRAL COAST BOY IMPALED NEAR BUDGEWOI

A nine year old boy on the Central Coast has been flown to hospital hospital suffering a puncture wound to his chest.

The boy was climbing on a fence at a property near Budgewoi when he fell and was impaled underneath his armpit.

The Westpac Rescue Helicopter flew him to John Hunter Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
