ARMIDALE MAN CHARGED AFTER POLICE SEIZE DRUGS, FIREARMS FROM HIS HOME

An Armidale man has been charged after police located illegal items at his home.

Officers arrested a 51-year-old male at around midday yesterday, where they seized cannabis from his vehicle.

They then proceeded to locate drugs, two weapons, ammunition and cash at the man’s Uralla property.

He’s been charged with eight offences and granted conditional bail.
