A man is in a critical condition after a fight in Tamworth on Thursday night.
Police raced to a home on Merrinee Place, Hillvue, after what police have described as a domestic related incident.
A 53-year-old man was treated at the scene suffering an internal injury, while a 25-year-old was arrested and taken to Tamworth Police Station.
Police are continuing their investigation.
