A elderly man has suffered serious injuries after falling through a balcony in Terrigal.
Ambulance Paramedics arrived at the scene, finding a 71-year-old man with possible head and spinal injuries.
He was transported to John Hunter Hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition.
