Firefighters believe a toy battery charger is to blame for a house fire at Darlington.
Singleton Fire and Rescue, police and ambulance crews responded at around 7am yesterday.
They arrived to find the house smoke-logged, but thankfully, a resident had already extinguished the blaze.
It’s believed it was started by a remote control toy battery charger.
