HOLDEN TO BE AXED FROM AUSTRALIA BY THE END OF THE YEAR

It’s been announced Holden will be axed at the end of 2020, ending 72 years of the automotive brand’s association with Australia.
Holden staff and dealers were told global parent company General Motors decided to retreat from right-hand drive vehicles internationally at midday.
Approximately 600 of 800 jobs will be lost, and the remaining workers will stay on to service Holden’s ongoing warranty commitments.
