Police are asking for the public’s help to find a woman reported missing from the state’s north-west.

27-year-old Amy Cutmore had been staying with family in the Tamworth area and was last seen about 6pm on Saturday.

She has not been seen or heard from since and was reported missing to officers from Oxley Police District yesterday.

Police say she may have travelled to Sydney and be staying in the Coogee area.

Amy is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 175 centimetres tall, of a medium build, with long black hair.

It’s not known what she was wearing at the time.

Amy’s family hold concerns for her welfare and urge anyone who sees her to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
