Police are appealing for information, after three kangaroos were found seriously injured in the Hunter yesterday.
Officers were called to Wollombi Park in Muswellbrook around 8am, after a bushwalker found the animals in scrubland.
Police say two kangaroos may have been deliberately run over.
A third was found dead, with a wound to the chest.
Anyone with dashcam vision in the area is asked to come forward.
