TWO MEN CHARGED IN RELATION TO ARMED ROBBERY AT ARMIDALE HOTEL

Two men have been charged following an armed robbery at an Armidale hotel.

On Thursday, the pair allegedly entered the Marsh Street premises around 2am, demanding cash.

Police arrested an 18-year-old as he tried to flee the scene in a stolen car… And later arrested a 26-year-old man at a nearby home.

They’ve been refused bail to front Armidale Court later this month.
