A body of a man was found today, after he went missing while kayaking on the Central Coast on Tuesday.
Around 7:45pm the 25-year-old went kayaking with friends in Toukley.
It wasn’t long before conditions worsened at Budgewoi Lake, and the group were unable to return to shore.
Two kayakers were later rescued near Buff Point reserve.
A full scale search police operation began, including help from Marine Rescue, Roads and Maritime Services and Polair.
The missing kayaker was found in the water at Budgewoi around 11am today.
