The generosity of strangers has seen a Go Fund Me page, set up to support a Newcastle teenager who was seriously injured in Bali, exceed its target, by almost $30,000.
Lawson Rankin is currently in intensive care on the Indonesian island, having suffered serious head injuries when he crashed his motorbike on a schoolies trip.
As of late this afternoon, the page had raised around $200,000.
