ANDREW DODT GRABS FIFTH AT NSW OPEN

Andrew Dodt has finished as the best of our Hunter golfers at the New South Wales Open in Sydney.
Dodt started the day within sight of the leaders, but saved his worst round for last, bogeying the 18th to finish with a 73 and outright fifth for the tournament.
It was a similar story for Charlestown’s Jake Higginbottom.
He also bogeyed the last on his way to his highest score of the week, to grab a tie for seventh.
Aaron Townsend had a consistent tournament at Twin Creeks.. following a hole in one yesterday, he carded a 70 on day four to end up in a tie for 20th.
