TAYLOR CORRY CREATES HISTORY AT SHORT COURSE CHAMPIONSHIPS

Port Stephens swimmer Taylor Corry is taking a well-earned break after setting a new world record in the women’s 100-metre butterfly multi-class at the Australian Short Course Championships in Melbourne.
The Paralympian clocked the time in the heats before backing up in the final to claim her third gold medal of the meet.
“I only started heavy training when I got back from London so starting on Monday I’m on my holiday to Phuket for two weeks so I’m really excited about that.”
Corry will then turn her attention to the Tokyo Paralympics.
