SHOCK DECISION BY ROOS TO CUT CLARKE

Wyong has made the shock decision to part ways with Head Coach Tony Clarke.

Under his tenure, the Roos made four consecutive grand finals and claimed the 2016 premiership against Woy Woy 20-nil.

The club says Clarke has been outstanding and his proud record speaks for itself.

While there’s several candidates in line for the top job, the club wouldn’t elaborate further on its shortlist.

A replacement will be announced in the next fortnight.
