More than $10,000 raised by the annual Hunter Valley tractor trek, was handed over to the Mark Hughes foundation during the Vacy Village fair.
It’s the work of volunteers from the Rattlin Bones and Engine Groans Machinery Society… who recently lost a member to brain cancer.
“Just another example of the amazing community we live in, they’ve rallied here, they’ve lost someone to brain cancer and the Mark Hughes Foundation’s brain cancer nurses were a huge part in that journey for them,” said Mark Hughes.
The proceeds will help fund further fundraising efforts.
