An 80-year-old man has died in hospital, after a two-car collision near Coffs Harbour on Monday.
The man was trapped in the wreckage of his car following the crash on Eggins Drive at Arrawarra, at around 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon.
He was rushed to Coffs Harbour Hospital in an induced coma and died earlier today.
The driver of the Toyota, a 74-year-old woman, along with the driver of a second car were uninjured.
