POLICE INVESTIGATE CENTRAL COAST ROAD RAGE INCIDENT

An investigation is underway after a road-rage incident on the Central Coast earlier in the week.

Police have been told the driver of a Mazda CX5 and a Volkswagen got into a verbal argument on the Pacific Highway at Lake Munmorah at around 2 o’clock on Wednesday afternoon.

The exchange continued as the cars travelled along Kanangra Drive and into Summerland Point, before stopping on Cams Boulevard, where police were called after reports of an assault.

Officers spoke with the drivers, and are now hoping the public can assist in the form of dash-cam or CCTV footage of the incident.
