STAFF SAFETY CONCERNS SPARKED AT FRANK BAXTER

Nearly a dozen inmates spent the night on the roof of the Frank Baxter Centre, in a 17-hour standoff on Sunday.

The violent ordeal is raising concerns the state’s juvenile justice system is unsafe for workers.
