Emergency crews were called to two separate accidents on the Hunter Expressway yesterday on Friday – within an hour of each other.
Two cars collided at Lower Belford and a man had to be freed from his vehicle.
While at Greta, a car towing a caravan suddenly flipped.
Two people suffered minor injuries and were taken to the John Hunter Hospital.
The accidents happened less than 20 kilometres apart.
