Another three people have been charged with supplying drugs and illegal firearms as investigations continue into Tamworth’s so-called “Ice Castle.”
It comes after riot police and the dog squad raided several units in Tamworth last week.
Five people – three men and two women – were arrested in the initial raids, and another two were arrested the next day.
They remain before the courts.
Yesterday, police arrested a 34-year-old man in Dubbo, a 40-year-old man in Tamworth and a 29-year-old woman in Sydney’s western suburbs.
They’ve been charged with a number of offences, including supplying an indictable quantity of methamphetamine, knowingly dealing with the proceeds of crime and participating in a criminal group.
