UNI STUDENTS TAKE PART IN NEW AEROSPACE SCHOLARSHIP
With the F-35 aircraft calling RAAF base Williamtown home, the need for an associated workforce has arrived.
First year Aerospace Systems Engineering students at the University of Newcastle have shown the future’s in good hands.
They’ve won the first Altitude Accord Scholarship by building the most successful gliders during a 12-week uni project.
“We were absolutely stoked and really proud of ourselves.”
“We’re going to see literally see hundred of job opportunities supporting those capabilities for the decades to come.”
