TOKYO SUSHI OPERATORS FINED $383,616 FOR UNDERPAYING STAFF

The operators of three “Tokyo Sushi’ outlets in the Hunter and Central Coast been fined more than $380,000 for underpaying workers.

The Fair Work Ombudsman took legal action against the owners for underpaying 16 staff members by $50,000 in 2016.

Another 15 employees, who worked at a Fletcher store, were also underpaid $22,000 – over an eight-month period.
