Motorists driving along the Pacific Highway at Ballina will be able to spot a piece of art starting to take shape on two large water reservoirs.
Internationally acclaimed contemporary artist Emily Devers has been tasked with creating an outdoor gallery space.
“One tank is going to be referencing the ocean and the sea and the other land and there will be an intersecting, meeting point between those two ecosystems.”
The artwork is expected to be completed by the end of July.
