78-year-old Ernest Mackay has been located safe and well.
Emergency services have resumed their search for an elderly man missing on the Central Coast.
78-year-old Ernest Mackay is believed to have walked off into bushland near his home on the Scenic Highway at Doyalson, at around lunchtime on Sunday.
Mr Mackay, who suffers from the early stages of dementia, is described as being of Caucasian appearance, around 175cm tall with a thin build and grey/black hair.
He was last seen wearing King Gee overalls and white gum boots.
Local police, along with RFS, SES and the VRA are involved in the search.
