NRL greats hit Newcastle today to promote the Legends of League comp being held at McDonald Jones Stadium in November.
The nine-a-ride, round robin tournament was formerly played on the Central Coast.
This year, 90 players will feature… raising money for the Mark Hughes Foundation.
“I think Newcastle people they love their rugby league and they’ll get here in numbers and they’ll see an awesome day of footy.
“The bigger the crowd the more money will be raised for the foundation,” said Mark Hughes.
Tickets go on sale May 16.
