STRONG START FOR RHIANNAN IFFLAND

Lake Macquarie’s Rhiannan Iffland has made a great start, at the second round of the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series in Dublin.

With the water temperature a chilly 10 degrees and 60,000 fans watching on, the defending champion started slowly, but produced when it counted.

The 27-year-old has a five point lead heading into the final day, and is aiming to equal the longest women’s winning streak of four events in a row.
