Two men are in a critical condition after a shooting near Gresford in the Hunter Valley.
Police say the pair were involved in an argument, when a 35-year-old man was shot in the chest, on a property on Bingleburra Road, Bingleburra at around midday.
It’s understood a 28-year-old man left the scene, and was found nearby with a gunshot wound to his head.
The younger man’s believed to be in a critical condition, while the older man is in a serious but stable condition.
Both were flown to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital.
Investigations are ongoing.
