Two people, including a police officer, have been charged over an alleged assault in Port Macquarie.
Police say an off-duty officer, attached to the Northern Region, and a 43-year-old man assaulted another man on March 23, at a licensed premises on Owen Street.
They’ve both been charged with assault and failing to leave a license premises.
They’ll face Port Macquarie Local Court in June.
