ROOSTERS WOMEN CHASE COUNTRY CROWN

The Central Coast Roosters have qualified for the Semi-Finals of the New South Wales Country Championships at Woy Woy Oval.

The side is coming off an impressive victory against Northern Rivers, where five-eighth Kirra Dibb scored an outstanding solo try.

Co-Captain Mel Sutton says her team needs to win the arm-wrestle early against the Riverina Bulls.

The match commences at 2:30.

Also in action on the peninsula, Illawarra South Coast Dragons and the North Coast Bulldogs, chasing a Grand Final berth.

In his role with the National Rugby League; Steve has worked at every Grand Final since 1999, including hosting the post match presentation for channel nine from 2003 to 2010.
