NIAS ATHLETES RECEIVE HOLISTIC EDUCATION AT ‘LIFE SKILLS EDUCATION DAY’

The Northern Inland Academy of Sport prides itself on producing well-rounded athletes, making today’s Life Skills Education Day, one of the year’s most significant.

Participants were today given a complete overview of everything it takes to become an elite athlete.
