Evans Head resident Forbes Murdoch was recognised for his contribution to the sheep industry – pilot Bill Kiernan was awarded for services to the aviation community.
While, Lismore woman Judy Atkinson was honoured for her significant service to the Indigenous community, education and to mental health.
