MISSING PORT STEPHENS MAN FOUND DEAD WITH CRASHED CAR AT RALEIGH

The body of a man reported missing from Port Stephens last week has been found south of Coffs Harbour.

A passing motorist made the discovery at around 6 o’clock on Friday morning, after noticing a vehicle down an embankment, near the on-ramp to the Pacific Highway at Raleigh.

Police were notified, and located the body of the 90-year-old man.

He’d been reported missing from his Corlette home on January 17.

His death is not being treated as suspicious.
