THREE PASSENGERS RESCUED FROM SINKING BOAT NEAR FORSTER

A Sydney family has been plucked from the water several nautical miles off the coast of Forster, after their boat was swamped by a wave.

The three adults were able to alert authorities but luck was on their side as they were picked up by a passing vessel.
