Police claim they’ve smashed a large scale drug supply ring operating across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.

Strike Force Castlestead detectives arrested two men at Morisset on Thursday afternoon, allegedly seizing cocaine and cash. A 33-year-old was charged with manufacturing a large quantity of a prohibited drug.
Homes at Cameron Park, Wangi, Mayfield and in the Sydney suburb of Rose Bay were raided, with police seizing large amounts of cocaine,GHB and cash.
Five people in all are facing court on Friday, and police say it’s likely there’ll be more arrests
