DINO DUO ESCAPE AUSTRALIAN REPTILE PARK

There were unusual scenes at Bondi Beach this morning, as a pair of prehistoric reptiles roamed free.

The Tyrannosaurus Rex and Velociraptor “escaped” from the Central Coast’s Australian Reptile Park and briefly took over the popular tourist destination.

They were fearsome, but also good-natured – at one point, helping Bondi lifeguards patrol the beach.

They’ve since been captured and will be returned safely to the wildlife sanctuary.
